EMPOWERED LEADERSHIP
FAQ
What if I return to painful or scary scenes?
If you come back to scenes in your life related to sexual or physical abuse, or other trauma, it's important to remember that you're not reliving that scene. You're just observing it, and you're safe. I will support you and create a safe space to express your emotions and heal – you will be fine. Also, know that you will verbally share what you want from these scenes. Moreover, it is not their content that interests us first.
When will I start to see changes?
Rapid Transformational Therapy observes three types of changes - each person is different:
-
Immediate: You feel a massive shift - immediate changes in your physiology, thoughts, and behaviors as soon as the session ends.
-
Incremental: You see consistent changes every day or over time.
-
Retroactive: you don't see the changes right away, and then one day, you suddenly look back and see all the different things in your life.
A combination of these three modalities is also common.
What if I need or want more sessions?
RTT is designed to give you a powerful experience and create significant changes in your life. Some clients may require more than one RTT session on a particular issue. Depending on the depth of the problem, this may take up to 3-4 sessions. In addition, most want to continue sessions to work on other areas of their lives and receive coaching to integrate new beliefs and build new habits and behaviors. For these reasons, I offer different flexible programs. And for those dedicated to personal mastery, we can discuss exclusive 6 and 12-month private coaching programs.
How does coaching complement RTT?
Coaching is a wonderful complement to RTT. It is future-oriented and can, for example, allow you to develop new skills. For example, you may have overcome your fear of public speaking with RTT but still lack the fluency and technique to do so in practice. Coaching will be a valuable asset in this regard. In the same way, you could remove what blocks your assertiveness with the RTT but still not feel comfortable in your communication with such a change. Again, coaching will be a valuable tool to give you this ease and the technique that accompanies it.
How long does an RTT session last?
Each Rapid Transformational Therapy session lasts approximately 3 hours. That's why I ask you to block 3,5 hours in your agenda so as not to rush us.
What is it like to be under hypnosis?
The experience is different for everyone. Some people feel like they're floating, and some don't. Others feel sleepy, and others don't. But most people feel relaxed, at ease, focused and present. The most important thing is to know that how you feel is not an indicator of the effectiveness of the treatment. No matter how you feel, it works.
Can I get stuck in hypnosis?
Nope! It's a legend. You have complete control all the time. You can talk, move your body, get a tissue, and even get up and leave (I've had clients stop to go to the bathroom!). Of course, if our communication is cut off, you may fall asleep if you're really relaxed, but eventually, you'll notice that you don't hear my voice, and you'll open your eyes.
How does it work?
Hypnosis isn't magic - it's science! Basically, hypnosis works by creating a burst of brain waves that are the same as when you are in REM sleep. This is what allows you to access your subconscious. It's very easy and anyone can do it, you'll see it for yourself when you do it too! For more information, consult the page dedicated to the subject.
What if I don't go deep enough?
Don't worry about how deep you go. I want you to forget all that. It really doesn't matter. The depth of the trance is not at all related to the results. So don't get stuck on "am I deep enough?"; tell yourself the truth: "It works!" and it will absolutely work. Just know that it works.
What if I think I know the reason for my problem?
These hypotheses will be helpful to us. But what makes RTT amazing is that even though you think you know the reason, you see it in a completely new way. This allows you to change the direction of events and ultimately change your beliefs. And many clients return to entirely different scenes than they expected. So relax and trust your subconscious to show you precisely what you need to see.
