The WorkLab website terms of use
Introduction
These "general terms and conditions of use" aim to provide a legal framework for the use of the website www.TheWorkLab.org, hereinafter referred to as "The WorkLab" and its services.
This contract is concluded between:

Any natural or legal person wishing to access the site and its services, hereinafter referred to as the "User".
The general terms and conditions of use must be accepted by any User, and their access to the site constitutes acceptance of these conditions.
Legal Notice
The WorkLab website is published by Anne Grandjean, based in Rolle, Switzerland.
Access to services
The WorkLab site users have access to all public pages of the site.
Any user with internet access can access the site for free from anywhere. The costs incurred by the user to access it (internet connection, computer equipment, etc.) are not the responsibility of the Publisher.
The following services are not accessible to the User unless they are a member of the site (i.e., they are identified using their login credentials):

The site and its various services may be interrupted or suspended by the Publisher, particularly for maintenance, without obligation of notice or justification.
User responsability
The User is responsible for the risks associated with the use of their login credentials and password.
The User's password must remain confidential. In the event of password disclosure, the Publisher declines all responsibility.
The User assumes full responsibility for their use of the information and content on The WorkLab site.
Any use of the service by the User directly or indirectly resulting in damages must be compensated to the benefit of the site.

The member undertakes to make respectful comments towards others and the law, and accepts that these publications may be moderated or refused by the Publisher, without obligation of justification.
By publishing on the site, the User assigns to the Publisher the non-exclusive and free right to represent, reproduce, adapt, modify, distribute and disseminate their publication, directly or through an authorized third party.
The Publisher, however, undertakes to credit the member in the event of the use of their publication.
Publisher responsability
Any server or network malfunction cannot engage the responsibility of the Publisher.
Similarly, the site's responsibility cannot be engaged in the event of force majeure or the unforeseeable and insurmountable fact of a third party.
The WorkLab site undertakes to implement all necessary means to ensure the security and confidentiality of data. However, it does not provide a guarantee of total security.
The Publisher reserves the right to disclaim the reliability of the sources, although the information published on the site is deemed reliable.
Intellectual property
The contents of The WorkLab site (logos, texts, graphic elements, videos, etc.) are protected by copyright under the Federal Act on Copyright (LDA).
The User must obtain the permission of the site's publisher before reproducing, copying or publishing any of these different contents.
They may be used by users for private purposes; any commercial use is prohibited.
The User is entirely responsible for any content they upload and agrees not to harm any third party.
The site's Publisher reserves the right to moderate or delete content posted by users freely and at any time, without justification.

The User must provide personal information in order to register on the site.
The user's email address may be used by The WorkLab for various communications and account management.
The WorkLab guarantees the privacy of the user (see privacy policy).
The User has the right to access, correct, delete, and object to their personal data.

Hypertext links
The domains to which hypertext links on the site lead do not engage the responsibility of the Editor of The WorkLab, who has no control over these links.

The WorkLab site reserves the right to modify the clauses of these terms of use at any time and without justification.
Duration of the contract
The duration of this contract is indefinite. The contract takes effect for the User from the beginning of use of the service.
Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
The terms of use are subject to Swiss law.
The exclusive forum is in Lausanne, Switzerland. Provisions relating to the User's forum are reserved.
