The WorkLab website terms of use
1. Overview
These Terms of Use govern the use of theworklab.org and its associated subdomains, hereinafter referred to as “the Site”, operated by The WorkLab Sarl, a limited liability company incorporated under Swiss law, with its registered office in Rolle, Vaud, Switzerland.
This agreement is entered into between:

Accessing and using the Site constitutes unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Use.

Note: A forum space and a resources section, previously accessible to registered members, have been deactivated. No data related to these spaces is collected. Any new features will be reflected in an updated version of these Terms of Use.
The Site and its services may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance purposes, without prior notice.
4. Scorecards and forms — specific terms
Scorecards and other questionnaires are assessment tools accessible via scorecard.theworklab.org (ScoreApp platform). By completing any such tool, the User:

Acknowledges that the results provided are indicative and exploratory in nature. They do not constitute a medical, psychological, or clinical diagnosis.

Agrees that their response data may be used to generate their personalised output and to subscribe them to The WorkLab Sarl mailing list, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Understands that the Publisher reserves the right to use aggregated and anonymised data for the purpose of improving the tools.
Reports and outputs generated are personal and confidential. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without the Publisher’s prior written consent.
5. User responsibilities
The User is solely responsible for their use of the information and content available on the Site. The User agrees to:

Not use the Site for unlawful purposes or in breach of these Terms of Use.

Not attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the Site.

Provide accurate information when completing questionnaires or forms.
6. Publisher’s liability
The WorkLab Sarl undertakes to implement the necessary means to ensure the proper functioning of the Site. However, the Publisher shall not be held liable in the event of:

Failure of the network or third-party servers (Wix, ScoreApp, MailerLite, Zapier).

Temporary interruption of service for maintenance.

Force majeure or unforeseeable act of a third party.
Information published on the Site is provided for informational purposes only. The Publisher cannot guarantee its completeness or permanent accuracy.
7. Intellectual property
All content published on the Site — texts, methodology, conceptual framework, logos, visuals, Scorecard reports and outputs, email sequences, and tool architecture — is protected by copyright under the Swiss Federal Act on Copyright and Related Rights (CopA).
Any reproduction, copying, adaptation, or commercial use without the Publisher’s prior written consent is strictly prohibited. Private, non-commercial use is permitted within the limits of applicable law.
The trademarks “Leadership Logic™” and “Organizational Logic™” have been filed for registration. Unauthorised use is prohibited.
8. Personal data
The processing of personal data collected via the Site is described in the Privacy Policy, available on theworklab.org. That policy forms an integral part of these Terms of Use.
9. Hyperlinks
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for informational purposes only. The Publisher does not control the content of those sites and accepts no liability for their content or privacy practices.
10. Amendments
These Terms of Use may be amended at any time by the Publisher, without prior notice. The version in force is the one published on the Site.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lausanne (Vaud), Switzerland, subject to any mandatory provisions relating to consumer jurisdiction.
